For example: Drug License, Import License, Product Storage or In-Transit Insurance, etc. PISPL liasons and assists in the process of procuring permissions, licenses or applying to various authorities.

Manufacturing

Our experts undergo proper processes to get class B and class C manufacturing licenses in Forms MD5 and MD9 and Forms 25 and 28.

As per the Medical Device Rules, 2016:

  • Form MD5: Licence to manufacture for sale and distribution of Class A or Class B medical device
  • Form MD9: Licence to manufacture for sale or distribution of Class C or Class D medical device

As per CDSCO:

  • Form 25: License of manufacture for sale or distribution of drugs other than those specified in Schedule C, C1 and X
  • Form 28: License to manufacture notified medical devices (under CLAA scheme) for sale in India.
